Warmrails towel warmers are designed to run 24-hours a day and plug into a standard bathroom electrical outlet. Be sure garments and towels are colorfast to avoid fading. Great for year- round use as it draws moisture away during the hot and humid months. Helps prevent mold, mildew and the musty smell on towels compared to towels that dry just at room temperature. All models are heated with dry element technology which is oil and liquid free. We purchased this for our new house, and it delivers! We have warm, dry towels (not hot, not mildewy) when we reach for them every morning. We put it on a plug-in timer so it only runs an hour before we need to use it and another hour or so after, and we've had nothing but clean, dry towels. We hard-wired ours and mounted it on the wall, and it looks clean and classy and works great. This is also a great size--don't be convinced by bigger-is-better--there are plenty of rungs and we fold our towels twice and they work great. We liked it so much we got one for our kids--four towels, clean and dry. Good value, great product.
