This was very dissapointing for me. Several of the tips were dropping off when I attempted to pull them out to straighten them and the number of inches between the main brances on the "trunk" were so far apart that there was no way to keep from seeing them. The photo shows a dense and thick tree. When I asked the question about "how many tips does this tree have" on the site I was never answered. I took a shot but returned it. I will never purchase another tree "sight unseen".
