Received fairly promptly form vendor. Installed yesterday, was very simple and straight-forward. Took only 30 minutes and that included banging-out the old, rusted internal damper. Adjust wire-guide bar to center the damper in the opening, checking that the door closes, than just drop down the stainless steel wire and silicon the damper in place. Drill into the mortar brick to attach the wire-guide stop/handle and you are done. Easier than thought! I'm happy. Works great. No more cold air blowing down the chimney.
