Out of the box, I was not that impressed with the finish of the cabinet. Looks like cheap materials were used. After we plugged it in we were surprised by the speed at which it heated up. I had purchased a different heater locally and took it back within a week. It was not able to keep my living room, dining room, kitchen warm when the temperature dropped below 50 degrees. We're talking about 750 Sq ft. Now this Enerzen heater is whole different machine. It is putting out much more heat and the thermostat is much more accurate. I'm already thinking about buying another one for the other end of the house. This week we are supposed to to see overnight temperatures dipping down to the low twenties and this will surely put this heater to the test. I didn't think it would replace our furnace but who knows. The Enerzen remote and control panel are much simpler to use and I think it's going to be a really good investment. With a 6 year warranty, I felt safe buying this without having much information on the company and its products. I only gave it 4 stars because of the cheapness of the cabinet but it does look fine if you don't look real close. For the price, this is a pretty good deal anyway!
