If there was a minus star this product would receive it. When we first assembled it per the instructions the upright pole, that the information racks hook onto was somewhat wobbly but we thought that it was probably safe and made sure that all screws/attachments were secure. The first time we used it at a public event - and it was not overloaded - it toppled over during set-up time. Just to make it through the event, we secured it as best we could hoping to make it more stable. When the public rotated the heavy metal mesh information holders fell off, thankfully no one was injured but it spewed information all over the floor. To top things off, the final straw was when someone rotated it and the whole thing fell over cracking the "heavy" base. It is a totally useless and dangerous and the manufacturer should remove the product from sale before someone is seriously injured. We were lucky, and embarassed.

I66.35 and free shipping for a piece of junk that sounded great. Maybe we'll get a refund and postage to send it back, maybe not.

I've bought and returned several chairs for our home theater. We needed something low for the front row, and still comfortable. I tried bean bags, game chairs, and other types of low soft chairs. I was hesitant to get this one as it had no reviews and is quite unlike the others. But the others failed. This was a clear winner and some prefer it over the compfy couch in the back. I'd prefer it if it didn't adjust so easily (like a lawn chair ratchet) because we know how we like them. Sometimes when you get up, the chair gets adjusted to a different setting.

Quality is good. Materials are good. Thumbs up.

Simplex Heritage Tea Kettle, Copper Review

I drink a cup or more of tea every day, and wanted a nice tea kettle to replace my wife's which has a metal handle that can literally blister your hand if you forget to grab it with a thick towel. The gas-only simplex is a beautiful tea kettle, well made and nice to look at. After using it for a while, the only drawback I can think of is that it takes a little longer to boil water than your average kettle. The instructions say to only use low heat, and on my stove low is very low and water doesn't boil for over 30 mins! I've since been using low-medium heat, and have gotten the boiling time to 14-16 minutes. Much better than 30+ but still 5 minutes more than our old kettle.

All in all I really like this kettle and the extra 5 minutes it takes to boil water really makes no difference to me since the appearance and design is far superior to our old one. I don't think you'll be disappointed with this kettle.

Humidiheat Heater/Humidifier Review

I bought this product a year and half ago. The product worked good until I needed to get a new wick and lower roller due to roller breakeage. And then the problem started. Called Envion customer service and ordered the two items. When received, the wick was almost an inch wider then the old one, to the point that it rubbed the sides of the unit. The rollers arived as two upper rolers and not one upper and one lower. Called back talked to a supervisor who promissed to send the corrected items. Today the new wick arrived. It is the same larger size as before The rollers still has not arrived. This is going on two months and I still can't usr the unit.
Envion customer service is very poor.

I could not recommend these boxes more highly. I'm in the process of moving, and after a whole host of moves in which I opted for cardboard boxes and tape I finally decided to try out something else. These are sturdy, easy to open and close (no more prying off lids with your finger nails), and exactly the right size for packing up an apartment. Particularly when it comes to books, I can't imagine a better container. Even packed full of books they are not too heavy to lift, and if you pack the books with the spines facing out you can see exactly what's in there. PLUS, the bottom won't fall out, and if you're storing your books somewhere for a while, they won't get wet or mildewed.

When I saw this set online I absolutely loved it! When it arrived at my home I immediately took it out of the packaging, washed it on gentle and got it all set up in our bedroom. The first night with it I already noticed snags on the top of the fabric. I've now had it for just over a month and the throw pillows have torn at the seams and the comforter has snags all over it. We take good care of our home and items we own, so I am certain this is just not quality bedding. For the price I should have been prepared for that. It does look great on our bed, but if you plan to use it other than for decoration be prepared for disappointment.
