My installation was a little easier because the wall is log so simple nailing was all that was necessary. The product is heavy to balance alone and so assistance is needed to get the measurements accurate and level. Be careful when aligning it with an existing flat/desk area in a L shape. There is adequate storage for 3-4 folders (e.g., To-do, waiting for an anwser, follow-up. etc.). A few writing implements, a calculator and a pad complete the storage capacity. I'm satisfied with the product and the ability to close it keeps my work area and desk top in neat condition.
