This bed is very comfortable--addictively so. So imagine my frowny face when it sprung a leak not more than a month after receiving it. Still, it looks and feels like a quality product so I'm willing to chalk up my experience as a fluke. I am getting a hassle-free refund on my current bed--thank you, Amazon--and I'm ordering this one again. I'll be back with another review if my new bed craps out like this one.

Update, Sep. 9, 2011:

I still have the replacement mattress and it has performed beautifully. It loses a little air after about two to four weeks of nightly use. A few seconds of inflation returns it to its original level. The other air mattresses I've tried lose significant amounts of air after three or four nights and develop a major leak after about a year or so. This one still performs like the day I received it. One sore point---the motor is loud. I've heard louder, and this is common problem with air mattresses. A mattress with this build quality and a quiet motor would deserve 6 stars. Overall, a high quality product.
