I bought these for my son and his girlfreind for Christmas. They have 3 kids, 11, 7 & 1 and these chairs get a beating. But for extra folding chairs, they have held up really well and still look good and are comfortable. It was also great to not have to do any assembly. This is a nice thick rug and it's absolutely beautiful. It's one of the largest hearth rugs I could find and a big plus is it's made of wool. No synthetic fibers to melt away. My only complaint is that one of the edges is unraveling a little bit but I'm very happy with my purchase.

Suncast PW100 Powerwind 100-Foot Capacity Automatic Rewind Garden Hose Reel Review

After reading the reviews, I reluctantly ordered this power hose reel. Initially I experienced the same impossible task of trying to unwind the hose.

The problem was solved after charging the battery. I ran the reel empty of hose continuously for 30-40 minutes. This stretched and loosened the drive belt.

I then recharged the battery, and the hose reel now works perfectly.

I suggest not reeling the hose until you operate the reel for an extended time.

Under the conditions I have given above, this power hose reel is highly recommended.

Update: We've owned this reel for 4 years and it's given us reliable service. We found that the best way to prep the reel to unwind the hose was given by another user: Apply some Teflon grease to the back surface of the drive belt. You should have no problem unwinding the hose.

Though I frequently read Amazon reviews, I've never written one before. I had to write one about this product. I bought this steam cleaner hoping it would help clean the grout in my kitchen floor. I also planned to use it to clean the rest of the tile floors. The floor is very hard to clean. I've never been happy with how it looks. I debated for a long time whether to get this model or a different HAAN model. I liked the versatility of the SI-75 but was skeptical that it would do a good job both as a steam mop and handheld steamer. Its reviews were so so as well. I hoped it would help clean the grout but didn't have high expectations. Well, I decided to go ahead and buy it, and I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I was so thrilled with a purchase. It does a fantastic job. I used the handheld with the brush attachment on the grout. I still can't get over how great it turned out. It also doesn't take forever to do. Marks came off the floor that I thought were permanent, and quickly. The steam mop works great as well. This steamer is very easy to use, versatile, and does an excellent job. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.
