This is a fabulous spine model. I ordered a smaller one originally but this is far superior
in that it is more flexible, more durable, and more importantly better for clients to see
movement in order to integrate ideas in to their own bodies.
I put a heavy duty steel bolt in the wall with an eye (circular head) and then attached a
small carabiniere the the metal loop at the top of the skeleton. It hangs easily on the
wall. I just need to unhook the carabiniere to take it off the bolt. Easy and available.
It only took me 10 years to finally buy one. Glad I did.

I received my chair today and while the assembly was not especially complicated, it took me longer than it should have because there was only a single page included, with just pictures and no actual written instructions, so halfway through I realized I missed something and had to disassemble and start over. Also, it specified only 4 steps for at least 10 steps worth of work. If I had understood what I was dealing with from the beginning, it would have been simple enough (though I admit I don't have much experience assembling furniture). However, it seems to be fairly sturdy and comfortable so far. I would rate it higher if not for the difficult assembly and the fact that it took about a week and a half after ordering for me to receive it.

The main thing I wanted in a water cooler was to actually make the water cold. I did a lot of research and found that most of the popular ones only cooled water to around 50 degrees F and were not adjustable. All I can say is when I have any kind of drink, I'm the kind of person that fills the cup with ice first. This cooler is perfect for me. Makes ice cold water without needing to add ice to the glass and I don't even have it turned to the coldest setting. I don't use the hot water so I can't comment on that. Water flows quickly, especially more so the fuller the bottle is. For ice cold water, this one is perfect.
