Unpacked the Mr. Christmas Winter Wonderland-Cable Cars, looked it over and did not see any obvious problems. Pluged it in and turned on the unit and immediately noticed that the skiers were not moving. Turned unit off and unpluged the electrical cord. Tried to move the belt the skiers were attached too but it would not move. Picked the unit up and heard a rattle inside...turned it upside down and noticed a piece of what looked like a chunk of glue about 2" X 1 1/2" fell out of the higher cable car house from the area behind the belt which the skiers are attached. I repacked the Mr. Christmas Winter Wonderland-Cable Cars, went online to Amazon.com and printed the return slip and mailed the unit back by the instructions I received from Amazon.com...within two weeks I had received my full refund credited to my bank. I gave (1 star) for a rating of this Mr. Christmas Winter Wonderland-Cable Cars product but I would give Amazon.com a top rating of (5 stars) for the convenience of online printing a return shipping ticket and instructions for the return of a defective product and the quick full refund of this product.
