These chairs look as I expected them to, just as they do in the picture. They came very quickly, about 3 days from when I ordered them, so that was nice. I do have a few problems with them, though. For some reason (this could be my fault, as I am a bit weak) the screws keep loosening, even after tightening them as tightly as I possibly can, and this makes for a wobbly chair (though remedied once screws are retightened). My biggest issue is the CHAIR CUSHION. I have no idea what is in there, but to me it feels like about an inch of styrofoam atop some strange flexible panel. When I sit on it (and I weigh 120 lbs), the entire 'cushion' caves in and pops up and down as I move around! I am getting used to it and maybe it will get better with time once the chairs wear in.

I want to update my review. Now that some time has passed, I want to tell anyone considering purchasing these chairs: DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CHAIRS. Awful, awful, awful. The seat part of the chair is so poorly made, it has completely worn out. I now sit on a bunch of painful metal ridges on one chair, and on the other I have springs tearing through the bottom, from normal sitting. I don't understand how anyone could give this product a good review. Please take my advice and don't waste your money.

Blazing Needles 9" Full Size Futon Mattress (Solid) - Black Review

This really exceeded all of my expectations. It came boxed, double bagged in heavy plastic and vacuum-sealed. The dimensions fit my full futon perfectly. It keeps it's shape. Nice thick durable cover. It has a minimal amount of wrinkles at the fold. Pretty comfortable. The core is foam and the outside is a twill batting. It's not as comfortable as an inner spring futon mattress, but you pay 2 to 4 times as much for one of those. I just can't find anything bad about this. I would suggest buying a protector and a slip cover as it's cover is not removable.

3B Scientific 8 Part Brain Model, 5.5" x 5.5" x 6.9" Review

This is a good basic brain model and a fair price. These models are great for learning anatomy on, especially when covering such areas as the temporal corices and the folia of the cerebellum, areas that perplex grad and med students alike.

In my experience these models are fairly sturdy. I don't know how many times I've dropped a cerebellar hemisphere, on asphalt, linoleum, etc., and it has no scratches. This makes it great for a classroom environment where kids (primary school thru med school "kids" or students) are not always gentle with models.

Also, I'll add that if you are buying this as a gift for someone starting med school, studying in med school, or studying for med school, you might want to look at models with the skull and brain. Different med schools teach neuro differently, some with and some without the skull foramina requisite, but either way you're probably better off getting a comprehensive model - they'll appreciate having the skull model at some point in med school, even if not for strictly neuro purposes. (Although it's of course highly relevant for brain injuries!)

The baskets I got with this bookcase were very poor quality. They are unraveling all over. They also have two metal pegs on the bottom that scratch the wood finish of the Shelf. i had to Cover the entire bottom of my baskets with felt and line the insides because they scratch and knick everything they come in contact with. The pictured baskets look a lot smoother, nothing like the ones I got. The shelf itself is pretty good quality.
