Like other couples my wife and I have some discomfort trying to give massages on the bed. And they don't last long because of this fact. The person giving the massage is hunched over, and the person receiving the massage has the neck and shoulders out of alignment. We have both had professional massages before and know why you need a table for correct massage. We just kept putting it off for some reason, mostly me because of price. But let me tell you , do not be skeptical of this table because of the price. It is awesome! It is slightly heavy, but when you open it up and stand it up you will see that it is rock-solid! I am 6' 175 lb with wide shoulders and I feel like a little kid on this table. It is big! And solid! It is so nice to feel that you are on something so sturdy and strong. That was my initial concern that possibly we buy a table , spend good money, and it is rickety and sways when you get/give a massage. Not this one!

Things to buy with this table:
1.Earthlite Disposable Headrest Covers #100 count# - You don't want skin touching the vinyl
2. Massage video-- because you can make it up as you go, but there are so many more movements to learn, just choose your favorites for a more diverse massage. The key to a successful massage I have found is, if nothing else, just GO SLOW with your movements!
3. A full sheet set. Any will do. We already had one and it fits pretty darn well. No need to by any special massage table sheets.

On the accessories:
We don't use the side bolsters--you would have to be really wide to use these, I mean the table is big!
The hand/forearm rest--we don't use it , like our hands by our sides better.
Ankle and knee bolsters--use these all the time, they are the perfect size!

KitchenAid Gourmet Distinctions Stainless Steel 16-1/2-Inch Polished Roaster with Rack Review

I purchased this item expecting that it would be a light to medium grade stainless steel pan, would be easy to clean up, and would produce well-browned even cooking results. I was very pleased, and feel it's a fabulous value and really good quality. I prepared a wonderful "kurobuta" pork roast, and finished a sauce on top of my stove from the pan juices. There were no hot spots in the pan at all, and after all was said and done, the pan was a breeze to clean - no scouring was even required!

The rack was a pleasant surprise... it is very sturdy, and fits snugly in the pan - elevating contents at an appropriate height, but cradling them in a slightly rounded rack instead of a sharply angled "v" shaped rack. This allows for the liquids to evaporate evenly, coating the food being cooked well and keeping meats moist.

I'm sure the All-Clad pan for almost 4 times the price would perform very well too, but this pan performs very well and is a tremendous value.

After having back surgery late last winter, and then falling through a very pricey, high end mail order catalog wooden designer ladder when putting Christmas decorations away, less than 60 days post op, I KNEW it was time to find a good, light weight, safe ladder, which wouldn't kill me. This ladder is IT!! I can lift this ladder with one hand, its that light weight. It sits solidly on all four feet, and has a perfect size step to it. If you are one of the many, who are height challenged, (I am 5'1"), and are always getting a ladder to do day to day home maintenance, I can assure you, you will love this ladder. This ladder is tall and won't fit under shelves for storage, but it has a very slim profile & still stores quite well. I have told all my family members that this ladder is "hands off" to them and is mine, and mine only. (Not as selfish as it sounds, but all my ladders eventually end up in the horse stables or the garage, filthy), and this ladder has a permanent place INSIDE my house. I also am an OSHA Outreach trainer for construction, so I did review the safety features of this ladder and found it to be more than adequately built for support when opened. (Of course, you must follow the weight limits for each ladder and all ladders are rated for load weight!) If you don't know the proper way to climb a ladder, then learn. It is always a three point connection, 2 hands, 1 foot, or 2 feet 1 hand when climbing. NO TOOL is ever completely safe if the owner/operator does not know how to use it correctly. Anyway, I really do love this ladder; it met all my requirements and then some, great price, (I paid 4 times as much for the high end mail order catalog ladder, plus the shipping) and is so very easy for me to use AND it allows me to take much better care of my back.

Home Styles 5530-70 Naples Vanity Table, White Finish Review

It's a very nice product, especially for the price. While it had more pieces to assemble than I was expecting, they were all very easy to put together. Good instructions with drawings. Every piece is labeled. Everything is pre-drilled, and only a few pieces used standard wood screws. Most everything else used half-turn cam locks with matching cam lock screws that work really great. I did have one major problem. One of the wooden cross-braces was defective, and broke while I was in the middle of assembling it, and 2 other pieces - one of those "bring them all together moments". Because I was holding onto the piece that broke, it all came down like a house of cards and broke 2 other pieces in the process. I took photos of the broken pieces and emailed the photos and what happened to the manufacturer through Amazon. With no questions asked, OJ Commerce promptly sent me the new replacement pieces within a week and I finished putting it together. Note - the stool is a separate product to order.
